Droughtville Farms is proud to sponsor the poultry zoo at the Old Homestead Orchard Store. Droughtville
Farms has been raising poultry for over 20 years.
Droughtville Farms raises Chickens, Ducks, Geese, and Turkeys for meat as well as babies for sale in the
spring.
Droughtville Farms is a big supporter of endangered farm animals as has been a long time member of
the Livestock conservancy, a group who works to protect livestock from extinction. A lot of these
breeds would have been ones our grandparents and great grandparents would have raises
Droughtville Farms strives to find a purpose for a handful of these breeds, with a purpose these breeds
will flourish: whether that be for meat, eggs, show, or pets

Days can get long and we want you to enjoy yourself the entire time you're here! We have scattered seating areas throughout the property (find them at the chicken coop, in the apple orchard, and in the sunflowers) to encourage your patience and enjoyment while you wait for your partner to decide on that perfect pick.
